their needs.
- Core Drilling
- Diamond core drilling is a high production method of
drilling any type of concrete, rock, stone, or asphalt. This method is fast,
efficient, and structurally safe to surrounding areas. Core drilling leaves a clean,
straight finished opening, even when cutting through reinforcement bars, ready for the
next phase of the operation. Click on "Core Drilling" for a more in depth
description of types of drills and applications.
- Slab Sawing
- Flat or slab sawing is the term given to the process of
sawing on flat or horizontal surfaces such as slabs or grade, suspended slabs, bridge deck
highways, and asphalt pavement. Our saws range rom 12 horse power to our 80 horse
power and are powered by either a gasoline, diesel, or electric motor. Click on
"flat sawing" for further information.
- Wall Sawing
- Wall sawing is the term given to the type of saw designed
to cut on walls, steep inclines are confined areas. This type of operation is not as
production oriented as standard core drilling or flat sawing, but it is very precise and
it has the capability of cutting up to 33" deep from one side of a structure.
Click on "wall sawing" for a more in depth description of its capabilities as
well as added features.
- Wire Sawing
- Wire sawing uses a multi-strand cable with diamond beads
threaded through a series of pulleys around the structure that is to be cut. Wire
saws are used for cutting large sections of very thick concrete when other means simply
aren't practical. Click on "wire sawing" for specific applications,
requirements, and tolerances.
- Break and Remove
- After the holes are drilled and the cuts are made there is
still a need to "break and remove" the areas that were cut out. From
jackhammers and wheelbarrows to hy-runs and cranes, we use every and any means necessary
to meet our customers needs and schedules. Click on "Break and Remove" for
a more detailed look of the types of equipment we have to serve you.
